Client engagements are governed by the applicable engagement agreement and are not covered by this website policy.
Information associated with website visits
This website uses Microsoft Azure Application Insights in cookieless mode to measure page views, page performance, scroll-depth milestones, and link interactions. The analytics configuration does not write a browser or session identifier to cookies, local storage, or session storage.
Analytics telemetry can include the page visited, referring site domain, event time, browser and device information, approximate country or region, tagged campaign information, and interactions that we configure. It is sent to Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the United States and retained in our analytics workspace for up to 90 days. Microsoft processes the information as a service provider supporting our website analytics. We do not use this information for advertising.
Links distributed through LinkedIn, email, direct outreach, or other channels may contain standard campaign tags or an opaque sc_ref value. These values help us understand which distribution activity led to a visit. An opaque reference may correspond to a specific outreach link, but it does not contain a name or email address. Because a link can be forwarded, its use does not prove that the intended recipient visited the site.
Attribution cookie and your choices
If you arrive through a tagged link, we may ask for permission to remember that source for 30 days. Allowing attribution lets us connect a later website inquiry to the original campaign or outreach link. Declining or closing the notice does not affect the site or stop cookieless analytics. You can change your selection at any time using .
Declining attribution deletes the saved attribution cookie. It does not remove aggregate telemetry or attribution information already collected before the choice changed.
Information you provide
If you contact us by email or otherwise engage with Saperia Consulting, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, provide services, manage business relationships, maintain records, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
